- Front yard residential established landscapes only.

- Entries must demonstrate and will be judged upon:
• Attractive use of water-wise landscaping
• Efficiency of the irrigation system
• Good maintenance practices

- All landscape entries must be located within the existing general service area of either Western Municipal Water District, Eastern Municipal Water District, or Inland Empire Utilities Agency.

- If you are a customer of one of the following water districts, you are eligible for a local prize:
• City of Corona
• Eastern Municipal Water District (retail customers)
• Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District
• Inland Empire Utilities Agency
• Rancho California Water District
• Riverside Public Utilities
• City of Upland
• Western Municipal Water District (retail customers)

- The decisions of the judges are final.

- Entry images will become the property of the sponsoring water agencies and may be used for future marketing activities. Winning entries agree that their landscapes may be featured in a “Western Water-wise Landscape Tour” or denoted as such through property signage.

- Overall water efficiency will be evaluated. The competition committee reserves the right not to issue an award for any category that receives insufficient entries.

- Water agency employees within Western’s boundaries, their family, or sponsors are not eligible to enter.
